Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service Excellance This stay was for pleasure following on from a 2 night business stay, my mother had joined me for a Christam shopping trip. After a long day shopping, we returned to the hotel and even at the early hour of 5pm music was shaking our room, there were 2 large Christmas Parities taking place in the hotel that evening. We were on a dinner, bed and breakfast rate, we arrived at the restaurant to find that the restaurant had been closed and a small area of the bar had been sectioned off for guests having dinner, with only 1 member of staff in attendance. This was not a great experience. We returned to our room very disappointed. I call to speak with Prashant the duty manger, he listened to our concerns and delt with them in such a professional manner, we were moved to a very quiet room. A young man called Mohammed was also very helpful. I stay here at least once or twice a month and cannot fault any staff member. Always excellent. See you in 2015 17 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just OK Beds were too soft - I had backache during my stay. I had an issue with the mini fridge which was never resolved. The room was too cold. Room service options are limited and don't taste great. The stay was OK if you want a bed for the night and that's all. 17 December 2014
