Within 10 minutes of arrival I had a member of staff enter my room without notice or invitation. This ruined my entire stay there as I felt uncomfortable leaving any valuables in the room like my heavy laptop that I did not want to have to carry around. I considered leaving and changing hotels honestly.

Needless to say, as always their service, friendliness, immediate assistance is really commendable. Every staff is always ready to help in any way possible. Location is great with lots of restaurants, malls, shopping within walking distance. Looking forward to my next visit soon.

From the very first interaction, this hotel set the bar high with its outstanding service. Before we even arrived, we received a warm welcome email from Manager Cholticha Takavirun Wongduen Thongthammachat (Ying), checking if there was anything we needed ahead of our stay—such a thoughtful and personal touch that we had never experienced before.
Upon arrival, the Front Desk service was impeccable, with Napolee ensuring a seamless check-in experience. Her professionalism and attentiveness made a great first impression.
At the Executive Club, Rohan provided exceptional service, making our experience feel even more special with his warm hospitality and attention to detail.
We were delighted to receive an upgraded room, which added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The hotel's restaurant was superb, serving delicious cuisine that truly elevated our experience. And without a doubt, the entire staff was phenomenal—always friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist with anything we needed.
Beyond the hotel itself, the location was perfect—close to several malls and, most notably, Queen’s Park, a stunning green escape amidst the city's bustling streets. It was the ideal space to unwind and take in some fresh air between the towering buildings.
This hotel went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and we would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service, comfort, and convenience.

The BEST hotel to describe briefly. Have been staying here for the past 25+ years and it is no less than a home feeling. The service is great, staff are humble and polite - always ready to help and make you feel comfortable. Location is excellent - everything within a stone's throw. Very caring staff - they simply feel happy to see you happy. Can go on and on but in short, my every stay has been just wonderful. Great Job! Keep it up and looking forward to my another stay next week.

Spent a few night stay here again, this place is my second home ever!! Interm of location very easy to access other places, staff were very nice and helpful, food option was very good, lounge evening cocktails was good as well if you booked a room with club access. everything was good. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel over the Songkran festival, the hotel is at a very good location with a big shopping mall, lots of pubs and crowds celebrating the occasion, which was lots of fun and the surrounding area is very lively and enjoyable.
The hotel check in experiences was fair, our membership status got acknowledged and we got an upgrade to a corner high floor room. Room is big but has passed it prime time. Bed is comfortable but because the room is receiving lots of afternoon sun, so it can be warm on hot days even with the air condition on.
Breakfast is fair and food can be better, the executive lounge however is disappointing, food is not tasty and coffee is not good.
I will probably stay here again but I will give the breakfast and lounge a miss, you get better food and drinks at the surrounding restaurants.
