Most impersonal & Slow check in ever. Stephenie was on the phone when I arrived (6:45pm 1 Feb) and stayed on the phone for at least 5 minutes. Another line was ringing so she put the first caller, who wanted to know about room discounts, on hold - looked at me - then took the second call. Finally she put the second caller on hold asked how could she help....I gave her my printed reservation but she said she could not find my reservation. I pointed to my reservation and confirmation number and finally she asked for my name and that worked - again, I had the printed page with name, confirmation # (62431182), etc. There was another customer at the counter with a laptop and as soon as she handed me the room card I asked for a wake up call but I could tell she had already tuned me out. Did not get the wake up call. Maybe more training in customer service but training is a 2-way street.
On a positive note the Breakfast and staff were great.

Everything was terrific. Mariah, a food server, was the friendliest and most helpful. Wonderful smile and a perfect way to start the day.

As a single female Senior Citizen traveling alone, I REALLY appreciated the safe and comfortable environment of this Hotel. The staff upgraded my room at no extra charge to accommodate easy access to the interior elevator and privacy. There were excellent nearby restaurants beyond facilities at the Hotel, and a safe private roadway location that helped eliminate traffic in the Hotel entrance, even though the interstate on-ramps were conveniently nearby.
