Enjoy free meals and snacks in the executive lounge from 1 pm until 7.30 pm. But the toilet flush is a problem. The laundry service was a little bit late.

As to balance, I have to say the location is good, everything is withink walking distance. But, it was the several times i stayed at the hotel for business purpose, and the last stay completely gave me a huge dissapointment because of the staff were sloppy. When I checked in, i was told that the wifi can be used using room number & my last name. But, they made a typo to my last name, so I needed to figure it out before I could access the wifi. But, at that time, I was still ok with that. I stayed for 3 days - 2 nights, and guess what ?? on the second day, I could not open my room. They said that my access card was only for 1 night. So, as a guest, you guys expect me to renew my access card at the front office every day, despite I stay for more than one night ?? c'mon, you must be kidding. On the following day (as a lesson learned#, I went to the front office, asked the lady to ensure my card could be used, and she confirmed, it's all good. When I walked into my room upstair, the card could not be used (again). I had to go down to the front office again, asked about it, why on earth i was told, it was a good to go, but turned out not. Another lady said that my card needed to be updated, and she did that, but she could not explain why I had to go up and down just because of their sloppiness. Lastly, when I asked for late check out, i was told that I could until 1 PM. Quite surprising, as my other colleagues could get it until 1.30 PM, and the front office lady could not explain on why i got the different treatment. She just simply explained it's a hotel policy until 12, and can be extended until 1 PM, but she could not explain on why my other colleagues could get it until 1.30. If she told me that the room was already booked for other guest, i would be fine, but she did not, instead she kept saying it's a hotel policy, and when I kept asking on why my colleagues could get later than that, she said nothing. But, the foremost, from all sloppliness you made, there was not even an apology. Are you guys, applying the "No Apologize Policy " here ? c'mon guys, being friendly staff does not only mean you smile to guests, but you need to also embrace the guess, and i think it's fair and ok to apologize if you made a mistake, unless it is indeed you are applying a no apologize policy....
