A: The entire waterpark is approximately 14,000 square feet in size.

A: No, Guest can purchase food & beverage” to go” from 43rd Street Pub & Grill, which is located inside the hotel on lobby level.

A: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Water Park.

A: Children who are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper when going into the water. Standard diapers are not permitted in the water.

A: Your reservation is cancelable until 6pm local time the day of your arrival for weekdays and 12 hours prior to your arrival on weekend (Friday & Saturday).

A: Guest may change in the bathrooms located in the Waterpark. Lockers are not available.
