This hotel has 2 type of rooms , the old outdated and smelly rooms which you can reserve in a lower rate than the new furnished type of rooms and if you want to change your room you'll be asked to pay the difference .
the hotel rooms are really outdated and should not be accommodated at all and should not exist in a 4 stars hotel at all because such type of rooms should be ranked 1 star only ,,, seriously this hotel should stop selling those rooms because it will affect the IHG reputation in general .
despite the bad accommodation experience the staff are really helpful and can handle the complain pressure in an amazing way ,, hats off to the hotel staff .

When I did request an upgrade it took long time while there was availability
The small WC door was closed and when I asked to open it my wife stuck due to door lock is bad. I reported it to the Forount desk
The tea water heater was not working
The room service took long time and some time to re order again.
The telephone short dial was not working such as when I want to call the room service I have to call and get it is number.
