I was extremely disappointed to find out that the hotel was under construction. I wish I would had been informed of this prior to booking, I would have stayed somewhere else. It was a great inconvenience "searching" for the front desk, and walking all over the place trying to locate my room, which was at the opposite end of the building. I had to go outside just to reach my room, and the elevators were inoperable due to the construction. I have always had a great experience when staying with Holiday Inn, but now I must re-consider after this experience. It is almost like the cleaning gave up, because they figured everything was under construction anyway. The staff was as accommodating as possible considering the situation. I felt bad for them. To top it off, I had to pay full price for a room that did not merit such a cost.

We stayed for four nights. The staff could not have been more helpful. There is a great shuttle to and from the airport and train station. Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Hotel under construction.
When I checked in, I expressed displeasure that the hotel was under construction. The man at the front desk said that it was noted on the website since May. When I return home, I checked the website again and could find no mention that it was under construction. Worse yet, my room was dirty, and the air-conditioner made a terrible bracket. A woman at the front desk was very kind and offered to buy me breakfast and give me additional points. That was very much appreciated. However, I slept poorly and was aggravated and so my stay was less-than-perfect. As a platinum member, I expect more.
