No complaints about room. Service and staff are great. Good assortment of restaurants and food. However, executive lounge is very long in tooth. Upholstered furniture is dirty and torn and needs to be replaced. Spots in the hotel could use a new coat of paint. Wireless internet in room was spotty but could get it in Executive lounge no problem.

help when I stayed at the Hoiday Inn. Had a Great stay.

The frustrations around the ability to play golf and the fact that the cost of each game (2) was greater than the cost of the hotel room annoyed me so much I checked out and stayed in a hotel in the city. This cost more but I was no longer surrounded by my frustations.
The staff asked if I would come back and the answer is NO.
