Veterans Wall of Honor

Located at the Marshfield Community Center, you'll find the Veterans Wall of Honor. The Veterans Wall honors over 2,200 deceased veterans from Marshfield, WI. This amazing monument was started and built 3 years ago by local resident, Tom Buttke, and his two sisters, Renie Rehmer and Cathy Tauschek, after discovering veterans weren't being recognized for their service. After local brat fry's and fundraising events, the wall was built honoring those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

World's largest Round Barn

World's Largest Round Barn, located at the Marshfield Fair Grounds to house dairy cattle during the Central Wisconsin State Fair. This marvel of architecture was designed by W. W. Clark and built by the Felhofer Brothers in 1916. In 1997 the barn was added to the National Register of Historic Places. To this day the Round Barn still houses top heavy weight champion cattle during the Wisconsin State Fair in August.

Wildwood Zoo

Veterans Park

Veterans memorial park has been open since 1928 in honor of soldiers who have fallen during combat. This amazing little park features multiple tribunal monuments and a Cobra AH-IS Helicopter from the Vietnam War by the American Legion Post 54, VFW Post 1866, VVA Chapter 549, and DAV Chapter 57 that was dedicated in 1938 to the park. Veterans Park is just a quick 2-minute walk from the hotel, with walking trails and swings for all ages.
