There was an employee who's name was Felix, he did not make any eye contact and all he had to say were negative comments about my request for a bottle water and not making my visit comfortable. I spoke to one of the front desk members and was told that Felix is always in a bad mood and never makes eye contact or uses the word "thank you". I have used this hotel 4 times within the past 2 years and will be using the Holiday Inn Express instead. Please do not send Felix to the Holiday Inn Express.

The service in the restaurant and bar was excellent, waitress was top notch. Great quiet safe hotel, will return when in the area.

Overall, this hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable (although the 'firm' pillows weren't that firm). My biggest complaints were that the hotel cleaning staff does not have someone working 24 hours to assist with amenities that the front desk doesn't have after hours (especially things like tissues). Also the heater system was flawed. If you turned the heat on, it would not turn off until the room became unbearably hot. If you turned it down, the heater wouldn't turn on until the room was incredibly freezing. There was a definite draft that could be felt when the heater wasn't blowing.
