I booked the rooms for me and my guest but due to the incompetence and unfriendliness of the staff, we were very much inconvenient. We were willing to pay for the rooms cost but the staff went ahead to block a deposit on our cards, though we were willing to pay the full amount of the rooms as were checking in. This delayed the access of the monies in the cards of 799 Euros thouogh the cost for the rooms were only round about 346€ . Terrible feeling!
Nevertheless Best regards and I am hoping you will address this.
I also saw and experience that many clients were complaining about the same issue of charging deposits though people were willing to pay for their stay with argument that this was the policy of the hotel during fairs/exhibitions time.
The hotel should not inconvenience the customers at their own expense and inconveniences of other clients experiences! It is unfair.

I did enjoy my brief stay and did enjoy the location in respect to travel. And in the same aspect of location, I would have preferred not to be so close to the red-light district. Just my personal convictions.

I checked in on 20th at 11pm, the male front desk person was rude . I carried my own language from the car to check in n pushed the language trolley to the room my self without help. He just looked on. I requested for slippers which I didn’t find in the room n he told me to go down to the reception and pick them myself.
On 22nd early morning I requested for drinking water and was ignored till I gave up after calling 4 time n the lady kept asking but didn’t send water.

Abläufe beim Empfang laufen noch etwas holprig. War alles vor gebucht hat aber lange gedauert bis wir wirklich eingecheckt waren. Personal an der Bar schlecht. Es hat lange gedauert bis wir bedient wurden, obwohl nichts los war.

Very friendly staff on arrival. Car Keys to the room promptly. The room was very clean and modern with all the facilities you could hope for. We didn’t book breakfast on arrival and in the morning the price of €28 appeared very high so we declined.

We loved staying at this Holiday Inn.
It’s located in an accessible part of Frankfurt, few minutes from the airport if you take the train; at a walking distance to the train station as well.
As it could be expected from anything located in the central part of a main city, you could see some “weird people” around, but the hotel itself was safe and we enjoyed going out. Overall, we had a safe stay and walks.
The attention from the staff was very good, they were accommodating and friendly. We checked in late at night but the people from the restaurant and bar were awesome enough to keep the kitchen open for few more minutes and serve us a late dinner. Note that not everything from the menu would be available that late, but we were amazed and satisfied with a great meal.
Such variety for the buffet breakfast!
