Stay was good however at your Bar girl cheated me her name was Sitara . I would recommend you take appropriate measures as it will be big issue for other guests in future. She was not your staff.

A memorable stay at the most happening location in the city, in front of a beautiful park. Exceptional service by the staff starting with the reception. Very clean rooms. Was a liitle surprised at the poor quality of interiors as we exit the elevators on the floors. It can be improved so easily

Hello,
I would like to highlight that even though I choose your hotel Holiday Inn Tashkent starting from Feb 2025, some of my staying are defined are non-qualified which is unclear for me, for instance my last staying in April 1-11, 2025.
I would appreciate, if you will change it to Qualified and add missing points.
Thanks in advance, your prompt response is appreciated.
In general, my staying was good. Staff is polite, food is fresh.

Hello!
I like to stay in your hotel - check-in/check-out procedure, staff, hospitality, breakfast, room size and comfort were very good. But in our room the basket was fully filled with waste of previous clients. The room was clean, restroom was ok, but unfortunately this filled wastebasket spoiled all our impressions.

I was lucky to stay in this hotel for 3 nights. Having previously stayed at the Crowne Plaza (another great hotel) I decided this time I wanted a hotel in a better area. The area around the hotel comprises of shops and lots restaurants all in a pedestrianized area. The hotel appears to be new but maintains a classic design. I arrived well after midnight and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My room perfect (and I scored an upgrade as well). Clean, spacious with a large bath and separate shower and they provide washcloths - possibly one of that last hotels that remember that some men still wet shave :-) The bed was very comfortable however, my one complaint was the lack of feather pillows.
Food was very good quality and the service in both restaurant and lobby cafe/bar was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and for sure I will be staying there on my next visit to Tashkent.
