Everything about this hotel was perfect. The check in process was dealt with ease. The girl checking us in was extremely pleasant. The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was stocked with clean towels. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room had ants in the bathroom, on the night stands and around the TV. When front desk was told of the issue, their response was, “I’m sorry”.
I expected a refund for the room or a considerable amount of points added my account given my diamond elite status. This experience has me reconsidering my commitment to use IHG properties in the future.

This Holiday Inn was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. Very comfortable rooms and All star service provided by the workers. From Kendal at reservations to the front desk workers, to the breakfast workers, to the room cleaning crew. They all did a GREAT job

- Kind and helpful staff. Everyone we interacted with was truly great.
- Room was clean and as expected. Love the sleeper sofa option as we have a larger family and can avoid two rooms this way.
- Location is awesome. Tons of restaurant options nearby.

Cons:
- Our shower didn’t have a handle to turn the water on. I still managed it by turning the center, but not ideal. Not sure if they were just hoping we wouldn't notice? Our family we were traveling with had different maintenance issues in their room as well.
- There was a long line for check- at multiple points in the evening. The staff member was doing his best, but seems like it would help if they had more than one person on so it’s not so stressful for them.
- The beds were much more firm than other IHG hotels we have stayed at, so I had a hard time staying asleep.
- The AC/fan was loud and ran all night.
- Our shower didn’t have a handle to turn the water on. I still managed it by turning the center, but not ideal. Not sure if they were just hoping we wouldn't notice? Our family we were traveling with had different maintenance issues in their room as well.

We spent 3 nights at Franklin-Cool Springs and I must say it was the BEST Holiday Inn that we have ever stayed at. The staff was fantastic - Friendly, Courteous, Helpful, and Caring.
The breakfast was fantastic and the young lady that assisted us did a great job.
Please let everyone there know what a great job they did and we would highly reccommend this Holiday Inn to everyone.
We wanted especially thank Kendal for helping us make the reservation.
