We (a family of 4) had a great time at Holiday Inn in Nusa Dusa. The pool access rooms are very convenient and well equipped.
The „magic“ is provided by the staff! Exceptionally friendly…everybody is treating you as real guest. Well done!

What can we say besides it was the best hotel we stayed in and the best time we had during our holidays.
Rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet is just amazingly delicious, the gym is simple but very nice and clean, the facilities and swimming pools are really great and big! The access to the beach is very convenient as well.
The hotel's best asset is the staff who was truly welcoming, friendly and truly kind.
A special thank you to Tina at the breakfast who was amazing, professionnal and generous. Thank you to Dede at the bar as well who was very funny and openminded.
We will come back for sure!

Genuinely pleasant staff who went the extra mile. Including bringing our forgotten baby stroller from the beach to the airport! Great facilities and on beach location.

As compared to all my stays in the airport hotels in the US, the Bali hotel is way ahead of them in terms of location, ambience, beauty, cleanliness and it feels like 5 star and up. The breakfast was huge variety and since it is located right on the beach that it added more value to the stay. Hospitality was amazing. I could get food late, they kept restaurant open just for me to get my food late at night. Also rooms were fabulous, with fruits complimentary to the stay and sweet note from the hotel welcoming me.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you for making my 40th birthday and our first time in Bali so memorable! From the moment we arrived, I knew we were in good hands. Tasya checked us in so nicely – she was such a lovely lady. The ocean view was incredible, the service was on point, and all the little touches made our stay unforgettable.
Big shout-out to Rika, De Wik, Eka, Putu, Wira, and everyone on the F&B team for the surprise birthday celebration! And to Ari, thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my capsicum allergy was passed along to the chef. Your "can-do" attitude made everything so easy.
We also had an amazing time with the Rindik lesson – such a fun experience!
You guys really know how to make someone’s holiday awesome! I'll definitely recommend your place to friends, and I can’t wait to visit again soon.

If you are looking for the perfect place to relax then you must consider the Holiday Inn Nusa Dua.
Such a good resort feel with the Main Pool areas flowing out to the Oceanside giving you 2 options to bath.
The Rooms are spacious and large and the food is good, and how can you forget the smiles you receive whenever you speak to the staff

The Oceanview room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and international outlets. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, able to answer questions about services and local options. The hotel amenities were also nice and well attended/ staffed, with appropriate options for both adults and children. The only drawback was the property's location, given how far it could be from attractions. Otherwise, a well maintained property with a clean stretch of beach and good views.
