If you're wondering what happened to all the friendly people in the world...they are here at Holiday Inn Vana Nava. Every single member of staff made us feel valued and welcome and proactively made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met.
The convenience of the water park and the benefit of being able to use it before and after check in made it extremely good value for money.
Everything was pristine and comfortable and the shower was wonderfully hot and with great shampoo and conditioner.

2. Fulfill special requests, such as birthday setups, as confirmed in advance.
3. Provide clear and consistent communication regarding member benefits.

The location is so so, u have to take a shuttle or cab to the beach and shopping area. But the hospitality of this hotel beats everything. The staff are so caring and have great attention to detail. You are treated like royalty. The local food options in and around the hotel are ok ok.

A Thumb Up for Nancy from Reception: there was an error when check-in, and Nancy and the team fixed it promptly and handled it well.
Not so well: the noise from the construction/decoration during daytime is a bit disruptive, understood, but a bit down.

Nice stay. It is an easy walk across the railroad tracks to two different night markets and the closest convenience store which was a mini big c. It is easy to grab a bolt or grab from their phone apps. The one inconvenience is it can be a long wait for an elevator when a bus full of people check in or out. My advice is if you are in the lobby and a lot of people checking in or out is go to their game room and have a drink.
