Stayed in room 101 but the room was very cold irrespective of air conditioning. Reception said there was a heater in room the morning after but I was not aware of one.

Room had a horrible smell to it not very nice. Televisions very dated and small definitely won’t stop here again.

No, I do not recommend this property.
I booked a King Premium room. Was given a standard double without an explanation. When I brought this up at reception they apologized but did not offer an alternative room. I was then overcharged for the King Premium that I did not stay in. I checked out a day early and was overcharged by a further £65.00 for the privilege.
No communication from the staff. Poor customer service.
A very disappointed Platinum Elite member.

I’ve had to stay here one night a week for work. I forgot my airpod at the hotel. My phone showed it was at the hotel but no one could find it. I spoke to the manager on my next stay. On checking out, I found my ring was missing. I used the gym that morning. Now I am wondering if it’s the room (stayed in the same room) or someone is taking things? I am not happy with this situation

- dirty drawers
- cold rooms
- The water comes out of the tap horizontally and splashes over the far too small sink onto my pants.
- out friends on another room have same experience.
- Hotel wasn't able to give us two rooms nearby.
- very unfriendly and incompetent front desk
- Hotel is hard to find during daytime from south because a big HI sign leeds to the old entrance. (better in the night becaus of the lighting)

First IHG hotel I can't recomend at all (as a Platinium Elite member).
- water tab broken (spills the water over your trousers)
- The fuse blows about once an hour.
- just one big and one smal towel in the double room
- never seen this kind of unfriendly staff
- latte macchiato doesn't fit in the mugs provides
AND: Do not answer to this comment. Just fix all the problems in your hotel.
