Yes, I recommend this property.
Nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sauna very much. The breakfast was really nice and delicious we can find what we like it. The car parking is little bit busy but we always find a spot.

really nice hotel to stay in. Room comfy and clean .
From the lady on reception till 3pm was very welcoming .
Main man on the bar very helpful and friendly . Made every effort make me feel comfortable and attended too.
To Sharon the restaurant staff morning. Can’t do enough for you . All staff we spoke to are a credit to the hotel.
Food portion got say was very small. I had the seabass and rice. For the cost of the meal. Plate should have been flooded with rice and veg. As it costs little and bulks it out . Was nice meal just too small a portion.
Overall parking excellent. Room excellent and we will be returning there when working in the area.

On arrival we were greeted by Debbie at reception professional, friendly and Informative
Rooms were clean and comfortable
Only down side, breakfast lots of choices although not replenished quick enough, and wasnt keen on the utensil being handled by numerous hands and dropped back into the food also the set-up was all wrong, it was manic in there like a school dinner hall only downside, I'm sorry but lovely hotel snd staff

No, I do not recommend this property.
Peter the maintenance man was excellent. On checking in my toilet would not flush and quickly he came to try and sort and then get me the last free room for my stay. Also he got me 2 snack and drink vouchers. I had the longest wait ever to get a coffee on departure. The young man struggled to use the till and make the coffee. Very poor. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Yes, I recommend this property.
I love this hotel. It is super clean, dust free and modern: I have loads of allergies & they always accomodate me. Ensuring that there is hyperallergenic pillows/bedding and on the ground floor.
I intend to stay on a regular basis, if it doesn't get too expensive.
Staff are so accommodating.
The Spa Suite is a real bonus-I love it.

We stayed at the hotel due to its proximity (20 miles) to the Harwich Ferry Terminal. W preferred a 30 minute drive to catch the morning Ferry rather than a 4 hour dash from the North West! Dinner in the Bar Area was superb, great choice and quality was outstanding, good choice of draft beers also. Only downside was the very busy / noisy railway line next to the hotel. Would recommend some ear plugs! Overall a good hotel!
