Overall, the hardware facilities are passable, but the service quality is not up to par. We arrived at the restaurant around 8 p.m. on the night of our check-in, but there seemed to be only one staff member present, who was responsible for everything during our meal. Consequently, no one was available to pour tea for us, and my son got scalded while trying to pour boiling water himself. It was only after our prompting that the staff member served the tea included in our meal set.
There was also no staff present at the lobby coffee bar. We wanted to redeem the complimentary drinks, but found no staff available on two occasions. We eventually had to ask the front desk to get a few bottles of Coke.

The room is excellent, appreciate for the manager's upgration. Location is super convenient with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very close to Tar Temple and not far from public transportarion, ground parking garage is spacious. Neighbored hot spring paradise is excelent for families to having fun.
