No, I do not recommend this property.
Check-in - the receptionist did not honour the quote . This rate was confirmed with the manager a wee ago as I had reduced my stay from 12 days to 1 day. The day manager and check-in lady said I will have to pay the full rate or they would not check me in!. The day manager said that he would upgrade me to a better room due to the higher priced room.
WIFI - No information on WIFI password ( had to call "0" to get access code), no information on breakfast whether it was covered or not ( simply ignored asking due to the check-in issues).
Room - Not an upgraded room. Room (rm 729) in need of an upgrade and refurbishment. The bathroom switch light was outside ( hard to find) next to the entrance switch; the bathroom fan did not work. Noisy/AC ; Not enough plugs in and around the room; there was one strip of electric behind TV with 2 plugs. Minimal light - most of the light is concentrated on the bedside - little light in and around the TV side. Had to use refrigerator plug to use iron! External windows were dirty ( will give a pass on this as it is early spring).
Summary - Hotel may be good for a 1/2 day stay someone who wants a short nap and shower to catch an early morning flight otherwise not recommended for long stay.

Great Location, good value, very clean & very cosy beds! We have no complaints except the restaurant is very expensive for breakfast and so we didn’t want to eat there even though the restaurant looks very nice. $20 for eggs and toast is a little bit too much!

Yes, I recommend this property.
This location is the closest and most convenient for our short layovers between work shifts in YYZ. The location is well maintained and updated rooms are very comfortable. The short ride via shuttle service to the airport makes the stay even more pleasant.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Unfortunately, the hotel desk staff are not easily understood, not very helpful and don't do what they say they're going to do. It takes a long time to get booked into the hotel, much longer than average among the hotels that I stay in. I'm still waiting on my receipt so I can finish my expense report. I'm probably going to have to call multiple times to make that happen. The only way to contact them is on the phone, there is no email address available. The rooms are fine and are as you'd expect. The only saving grace to the hotel is the bartender that is always there when I have been there. I don't remember his name but he is awesome.

Hotel was pretty spartan. Needs a refresh. Looks like it hasn’t had one in about 20 years. Was also not given full credit for my stay even after CS seeing my bill. That’s reason enough to go elsewhere. Hello, HHonors!
